Behaviour Support Workers Needed for Mainstream Primary Schools

Celsian Education are looking for dedicated Behaviour support workers to work 1-2-1 with children with varying needs from Down-syndrome to Autism in some of our partner Mainstream Primary schools.

SEN is becoming a growing need in Mainstream and at Celsian we are committed to helping support these pupils to the best of our abilities if you share a passion for working with SEN children we would love to hear from you.

The successful candidate will have experience of working in primary schools

-You will be comfortable working with children and be engaging and passionate.

-You should be confident in your ability to actively engage with all students, encourage progression and follow the schools policies and procedures.

-You will have experience dealing with students who have varying abilities 1:1 or on a group bases.

Proven experience working with SEN children or young people.
