LSA | TA | Complex Needs | LeicestershireCelsian Education is looking for Specialist Learning Support and Teaching Assistants to work with pupils with Complex Needs, on a long-term basis, in Leicestershire. Do you have experience working with pupils (1:1 or groups) with complex needs? Do you have an understanding of the different SEN characteristics, and how to support pupils with them? Are you Team-Teach trained or MAPA trained?At Celsian Education, we are in partnership with a number of SEN schools, across Leicester and Leicestershire, who require specialised support for the new academic year. We are currently recruiting TAs and LSAs, who have experience working with Complex Needs to work on long-term assignments, to start work immediately. So, if you have previous experience within an SEN environment - or have the relevant skills and experience within a mainstream setting - wed love to hear from you.As a long-term, Complex Needs Specialist, you will be able to take initiative, demonstrate a professional approach, and work effectively with - and form good relationships with - parents, carers and other professionals.To work in this role, you will hold a valid, recognised qualification and have had at least 6 weeks recent work experience in an SEN environment, within the last 3 years.
