SEN Teaching Assistant | Long-term | Leicester| Leicestershire

At Celsian Education, we are currently recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants to work in Special Educational Needs schools across Leicester and Leicestershire, on a long-term basis.

Celsian Education is currently working in partnership with a number of SEN schools, throughout Leicestershire, who require Teaching Assistants for long-term assignments.

As a SEN TA, you will be working alongside Teachers to support children who need additional help to reach their full potential. In this role, it is important to be able to identify the needs of pupils, and create a stimulating and supportive learning environment for them.

We are looking for qualified and experienced Teaching Assistants, who have previously worked in an in a SEN environment so, if you are Level 3 qualified (or equivalent), and are experienced in supporting SEN pupils with:

  • Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
  • Social Emotional Mental Health (SEMH)
  • Communication Difficulties
  • Sensory Impairment
  • Profound Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD),
  • Physical Disabilities
