Are you a Qualified Teacher with experience within SEN Schools or a teacher looking to move into the SEN sector?

This SEN school in Derby are looking to appoint Qualified Teacher's for permanent posts, long term cover roles and day to day supply.

This SEN School which caters for pupils with a variety of special needs are looking to identify experienced SEN Teachers or a teacher committed to working with SEN pupils looking for permanent teaching positions, long term cover roles and day to day supply. The roles are across various disciplines from Life Skills and ASDAN to Maths and English.

The current timetable is a mixture of subjects with the school catering for pupils from KS2 through to KS5. The school itself is based within the LEA of Derby and is larger in size and catchment for SEN schools when compared to the national average. The school is also rapidly expanding in the next year.

The school caters for pupils with a variety of special educational needs and disabilities for pupils aged 7-18. The school are looking to appoint qualified teachers ideally with experience of SEN or an experienced teacher with a passion for teaching special needs pupils and a desire to move into the SEN sector. You will need to be flexible with timetables covering a number of subjects. The school are looking to ensure they appoint good practitioners, with or without SEN experience, as if required the school have the ability to offer excellent training to the successful applicants.
