Celsian Education is currently recruiting for SEN Support Staff to work in SEN schools in South Leicestershire.

We are in partnership with an increasing number of SEN schools in South Leicestershire, who require LSAs, TAs, and Learning & Behaviour Mentors for short and long-term support.

If you have experience in schools (or clubs), supporting children with Special Educational Needs, then you may be suited to working in one of our partnership school

As an SEN specialist, you will be able to take initiative and demonstrate a professional approach. You will also have experience working with SEN pupils with:

• Profound Multiple Learning Difficulties
• Social Emotional Mental Health
• Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Sensory Impairment
• Communication Difficulties
• Physical Disabilities
• Specific Learning Difficulties

If you have an understanding of the characteristic of different Special Educational Needs, and have experience supporting pupils with them, we'd love to speak to you about the fantastic opportunities we currently have available.

To work as one of our SEN Specialists, you will:

• Have a relevant and recognised qualification
• Have 1:1 or group experience with SEN pupils from EYFS-KS4
• Have a patient and caring manner
• Be Team-Teach certified (preferred)
