SEN Teacher - PMLD Predominant School - Mansfield

You will work with various students and a range of subject areas, as well as working collaboratively with the SENCO and other teachers, so you must be able to work using your initiative and follow direction when needed.
About the role:
- The role will include supporting and developing students in from KS2, to KS5.
- This work has a dual educational and care element.
The PMLD Teaching role will also involve assisting young people with feeding and personal care. Knowledge of how students learn, and P-Levels training are advantageous, as is Hoist/ Moving and Handling training. The ideal candidate will have prior experience of working with children with PMLD and will ensure that they are able to provide support that is tailored to students' specific needs.
