Celsian Education are working with a dynamic secondary school in the Manchester area in order to recruit a positive Intervention Teacher to start as soon as possible on a long term basis.

The role of an Intervention Teacher will involve working with a small group of year 7 and year 8 students who are lower ability in order to raise attainment. You will be required to plan and deliver lessons that are engaging with a flexible approach, adapting activities to suit the needs and abilities of individual pupils.

To be successful in this Intervention Teacher role you will need:
- Recognised teaching qualification PGCE or equivalent.
- Experience working with SEND
- A positive attitude and flexible approach.
- Strong behaviour management.
- Excellent communication skills.
