Are you a Year 1 teacher that has the ability to transition young pupils from Early Years play led learning, to formal lessons?

Celsian Education is working with a supportive and inclusive primary school in Rotherham to recruit a passionate Key Stage 1 specialist to plan and deliver lessons to a Year 1 class. Starting in April, you will support pupils in their speech development as well as developing their interest in education, whilst completing their transition from play to formal learning.

Experience and knowledge of Phonics Screening are essential.

The school is a small school with teaching assistants to support booster sessions where required and will give you a full handover before you start your job, giving you the ability to quickly engage and excel learning. There is adequate parking on site.

- Primary Specialism B.Ed., PGCE, CertEd, Learners First, SCITT, Teach First and hold QTS status
