LSA | SEMH |Leicestershire Celsian Education is currently recruiting LSAs, who have experience supporting SEMH pupils, to work at our partnership schools throughout Leicestershire, on a long-term basis.We are looking for LSAs to work on long-term placements, from January, in Mainstream Primary Schools across Leicestershire

With the increase in understanding, diagnosis and treatment of SEMH, more and more LSAs are required to support SEN pupils on a 1:1 basis, and in small groups, within Mainstream SchoolsWe are particularly looking to recruit those with the experience and knowledge of working with children who have Social Emotional Mental Health Needs.

In this role, you will be assisting Primary pupils, who have SEMH needs, with their learning; and will build a trust with them and adapt to their unique needs.

The role of an SEMH LSA can be a challenging one, but supporting young people - who have severe difficulties managing their emotions - and gaining their trust, is very rewarding.
