Are you a nurturing Learning Support Assistant that is experienced in supporting children with Autism?

Are you passionate to enable children with ASD to have access to the best education they can have, as well as giving them confidence and independence?

Celsian Education is working in partnership with a passionate specialist school in Doncaster to recruit a part-time Teaching Assistant to work 3 days a week, starting immediately.

You will work as part of a motivated and close-knit team who are incredibly passionate about ensuring each student receives the care and support they need. You will be involved in all aspects of the services the schools provide, from personal care, everyday living support and education.

Essentials:

- Experience of working with ASD Students

- Hold a Teaching Assistant or Health and Social Care qualification

- Have empathy, patience and the drive to make a difference

- Capability to manage confrontation and challenging behaviour or complex learning difficulties

- An observant and responsive approach

- A positive, energetic and enthusiastic attitude

- Experience of providing personal care beneficial but not essential
