Are you an experienced Primary / Secondary Teacher with a particular Science specialism?
Celsian Education are always seeking specialists in Chemistry, Physics and Biology and are currently working with a school in Derbyshire who is looking for someone to teach Upper KS2 / KS3.
This role is currently for a September start although there is a possibility to start sooner.
The School - Derby
We work with many primary and secondary schools across the Derby city / Derbyshire area, who provide a safe and motivating environment to nurture children to reach their full potential. If you have a Science specialism, you are high in demand and could be offered work across a number of schools across the county. The particular school in question is rated 'OUTSTANDING' and aims to develop its' pupils academically, physically, socially and spiritually, encouraging them to enjoy their education.
Person Specification - Upper KS2 & KS3 Teacher - Science Specialism, Derbyshire
The successful applicant will be a Qualified Teacher, have the necessary skills and experience to teach science up to KS3. You will also ideally have a Science related bachelor's or master's degree. We are looking for passionate teachers, who have a flair for making lessons engaging and maximising student potential. You will be punctual, committed to supporting inclusion and have a proven track record of positively influencing a child's education.
Successful Applicants will be subject to references and an up to date DBS with update service or be willing to apply for a new DBS.
About the Role - Upper KS2 & KS3 Teacher - Science Specialism, Derbyshire
The role in question is working 2 days per week, ideally on a Monday and Thursday although the school can be flexible.
