Are you an innovative Teacher of English looking for long-term work in September?

Celsian Education is working with a successful secondary academy in Doncaster to recruit an inspiring English Teacher to start full-time long-term assignments in the new academic year.

You will plan and deliver inspiring English lessons to KS3 and KS4 pupils, providing booster sessions and intervention where required. The school encourages an innovative approach to learning, enabling you to use pupils interests and encourage self-learning.

You will have the ability to deliver consistently good and outstanding teaching and understand how to nurture good behaviour for learning. Excellent communication skills are essential as well as the ability to build relationships with both children and the staff around them.

Essentials:

- Be eligible to work in the UK

- English Specialism B.Ed., PGCE, CertEd, Learners First, SCITT, Teach First and hold QTS status

- Excellent understanding of the secondary curriculum

- Experience of supporting SEND in a mainstream setting

- Be confident, passionate and highly motivated

- Have empathy, patience and the drive to make a difference
