Are you a passionate English Teacher that has a talent in engaging pupils in engaging Literature and Language lessons?

Celsian Education is working in partnership with a forward-thinking secondary school in Chesterfield to recruit an English Teacher to join their supportive and settled English Department for 2 terms.

You will deliver inspiring lessons to KS3 and KS4 pupils as well as support Year 11 students focus on their final year before GCSE's. You will give you all the support and advice you need to engage pupil and instil a core subject that will give them a strong foundation to succeed in life.

This school has ample parking and a close-knit teaching team that has a great reputation for welcoming new staff and making them feel an integral part of the school team.

Essentials:

- Be eligible to work in the UK

- English Specialism B.Ed., PGCE, CertEd, Learners First, SCITT, Teach First and hold QTS status

- Proven behaviour management techniques

- Excellent understanding of the secondary curriculum

- Experience of supporting SEND in a mainstream setting

- Be confident, passionate and highly motivated

- Have empathy, patience and the drive to make a difference
