Celsian Education is recruiting for Early Years TA for a primary school in Birmingham Your day to day duties would involve:Working with the class teacher, assisting the children with the beginning of thier learning journey. Working with children through play and organising activities to meet the children's needsEstablishing good relationships with pupils, acting as a role model and responding to individual needs Encouraging pupils to interact with others and engage in activities led by the teacher.
