Celsian Education are seeking passionate and committed Teaching Assistants for temporary and daily supply work with children with ASD. Due to funding, many schools require applicants willing to work on a half day basis, although this is not essential for registration. Our schools provide quality education to give children the foundations to set them up for life. Person Specification - Teaching Assistant - Autism - Derbyshire
The successful applicant will have relevant experience of working with children within a care/education environment or hold relevant qualifications in supporting teaching; hold strong literacy and numeracy skills; be a specialist in working with Autism; be enthusiastic, proactive and engaging; be committed to providing effective support to all children.
Successful Applicants will be subject to references and an up to date DBS with update service or be willing to apply for a new DBS.
