Celsian are looking for TA's to work one to one with students, as one to one support in secondary schools in Leeds. Ideally we are looking for "specialists" in Maths, English or Science, to work with students who have been identified as not having achieved enough progress in these subjects. Ideally you will have a degree in the subject area, and be very keen to help students increase their attainment. I am looking for responsible, friendly and caring candidates who is passionate about helping students to succeed. Ideally you will already have some experience of working in a secondary school setting. You will need to have great communication skills in order to succeed in this position.
