Are you a passionate Learning Support Assistant that thrives whilst supporting students with autism?

Celsian Education is working with a well-reputed secondary school in Sheffield to recruit a Learning Support Assistant to work on a 1:1 and small group basis supporting ASD pupils.

You will work with pupils with moderate Autism to enable them to access high-quality education and create learning experiences that will stick with pupils for the rest of their life. Required:

- Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification

- Positive behaviour management

- Experience of supporting Mild to Moderate ASD

- The ability to work positively and effectively under pressure

- Proven ability to develop speech and language skills

- You must be approachable, inspiring and enthusiastic with excellent communication skills

- Confidence to provide personal care beneficial but not essential
