Behaviour Support Worker - Leeds - Full Time - Special Educational Needs SEN

At Celsian Education we are working with a successful Specialist setting based in Leeds who require a Behaviour Support Worker to manage challenging behaviour, on both a 1:1 and group basis.

Are you experienced with managing challenging behaviours?

Can you help to create a positive environment for vulnerable young people?

The school caters for students with additional needs such as ASD, so experience with SEN is essential. Team Teach training would also be preferential but can be provided.

To be successful in this role you will need;

· Experience supporting young people with additional needs and challenging behaviour.

· Strong behaviour management

· Excellent communication skills

· Good knowledge of numeracy and literacy

· A flexible approach and positive attitude
