Celsian Education are currently looking for a full time Support Worker to work at a Pupil Referral Unit in Bradford.

This role is to start ASAP and will be a full-time post.

The role consists of working with Secondary aged students that have been excluded from mainstream school and placed into a Pupil Referral Unit (PRU).

As a Behaviour Support Worker you will be expected to work both on a one to one and group basis with students under the direction of the class teacher.

Above all you will be able to engage the students and meet their Social and Emotional Needs.

You will ideally have experience working with students from similar backgrounds whether in an educational or residential setting.

You will be:

- Dedicated to improving the lives of the students in your care

- Be able to build and maintain trusting relationships with students

- Resilient, with a passion to raising morale and aspirations

- Experienced in Behaviour Management
