Are you an engaging primary teacher with experience of delivering numeracy intervention sessions?

Do you have proven experience of raising the attainment of maths results?

Celsian Education is working with a primary school in Sheffield to recruit for a part-time numeracy intervention teacher.

The role will be (0.4) 2 days per week and will start this role after half-term until the end of the academic year.

You will work with small groups and on a 1:1 basis, working with pupils from Year 3 to Year 6, providing booster sessions. You will demonstrate up-to-date knowledge of teaching, learning and behaviour strategies.

Essentials:

- Be eligible to work in the UK

- Primary Specialism B.Ed., PGCE, CertEd, Learners First, SCITT, Teach First and hold QTS status

- Excellent understanding of the primary curriculum

- Possess some relevant experience working with SEND in a mainstream school

- Be confident, passionate and highly motivated

- Have empathy, patience and the drive to make a difference
