SEN Teacher - Secondary - Leeds - January Start
At Celsian Education we are currently working in partnership with a Special School in Leeds who are looking for an outstanding and experienced SEN teacher to work full time in one of their resource provisions located in the North of Leeds.
You must have experience working with students who have additional needs and contributing to their progression and development.
A Maths or English specialism would be preferred but the SEN experience is essential.
You would be teaching a mix of mainstream and specialised learning, including life skills enabling the students to gain independence and varying the school day. The students are of high ability and have a range of different learning needs.
Team teach training would be preferred but can be provided.
This is a full-time role and is set to begin in January and be on-going until at least the end of the academic year. The students need consistency so we are looking for someone who can commit to this role.
- The pay will be scale dependent varying from £120-£183 per day.
- This is a full-time role.
- You must have experience working with Special Educational Needs, particularly Autism.
- The school is located in an accessible location in the North of Leeds.
