Temporary SIMS experienced School Administrator I Oldham I January

Are you an experienced school administrator? Do you have experience using SIMS? Are you looking for a temporary role from January?

Celsian Education are looking to recruit an experienced school administrator to work in a busy school office in a primary school in Oldham from January till February half term, perhaps Easter.

It is essential that candidates have experience of using SIMs. Applicants without SIMS experience will not be considered for this role.

This is a varied role which requires you to combine various duties to support the school office and ensure smooth operation of the school.

The essential skills required for the School Officer include:

Previous experience working as a School administrator.

Knowledge of SIMs

High standard of English language (both written and spoken)

Dealing with enquiries via email, phone and in person.

Advanced PC and MS Office skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organisational skills.

Natural problem-solving ability with a continuous flexible and positive approach

Helping with ad-hoc office jobs, such as filing or photocopying

The working hours will be 08:30 until 16:00 Monday-Friday although these can be negotiated slightly. Additional working hours might be required from time to time with prior agreement. The ability to speak an additional language is advantageous but is not essential.

Please note, candidates who do not have SIMs experience will not be considered for this role.
