Celsian Education is working with a large primary school in Doncaster to recruit a compassionate SENCo to join their school on a full-time long-term contract, starting in January.
You will strategically lead the direction and development of inclusion and SEND provision, raise standards of student attainment and achievement, and strategically plan for improvement by managing and deploying financial and physical resources. You will work with teaching staff and parents to work as a team in supporting students in integrating into the classroom and have consistent strategies at home and in school, giving pupils support for their individual needs.

- Qualified Teacher
