Are you able to quickly understand students, their needs and help them to overcome hurdles to engage in education?
Celsian Education is working in partnership with an inclusive primary school in Sheffield to recruit a Teaching Assistant to support behaviour and develop social and emotional mental health. This is a full-time job starting in January until the end of the academic year.
You will work on a 1:1 basis with a select number of pupils who are struggling to engage in education. You will work with the class teacher and Inclusion Manager to help plan and deliver IEP's for students in your care.

- Qualification: Teaching Assistant, Psychology degree or Health and Social Care NVQ
- Be confident, passionate and highly motivated

- The ability to demonstrate a consistent level of teaching support to facilitate the classroom teachers delivery of lessons
- A Team Teach certification would be desirable but not essential
