Celsian Education has a large pool of client schools across the county, who require teachers for daily cover and short - long term contracts with KS2, with Year 6 being an area of particular interest. Our schools educate children from a variety of social backgrounds, giving each child the foundations to set them up for life.

Person Specification - Year 6 Teacher - Derbyshire

The successful applicant will hold Qualified Teacher Status, and have the necessary skills and experience to work with Years 6. We are looking for passionate teachers, who have a flair for making lessons engaging and maximising student potential. You will be punctual, committed to supporting inclusion and have a proven track record of positively influencing a child's education.

A strong understanding of the Year 6 curriculum is expected, with experience of working with children in the lead up to SATS beneficial.

Successful Applicants will be subject to references and a current DBS within the last 12 months or on the update service, or be willing to apply for a new DBS.

About the Role - Year 6 Teacher - Derbyshire

As a teacher with Celsian Education you will be teaching pupils in line with the curriculum, marking and assessing student work where required and may be involved in intervention classes.
