Inclusion Support Worker Required Huddersfield Full Time SEMH - Team Teach RequiredBehaviour Support

At Celsian Education we are currently looking for an experienced Inclusion Support Worker to work full time in a specialist setting for students with SEMH.

Role Specifics -

- The role would involve working within a group supporting with academic and vocational learning.

- You would be involved in the contact with parents regarding progress and behaviour

- Supporting SEMH students on a 1:1 or general classroom basis

- You will be assisting in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans and Behaviour Support Intervention Plans under the direction of the Assistant SENDCo.

- This is a full-time role due to begin January 2020 and will initially be on a temporary basis for 12 weeks with the view to then becoming permanent and going onto the schools contract.

- The school is situated in Huddersfield where parking is available.

You must have previous experience of managing challenging behaviours and working with SEMH students. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about making a difference and helping the students to progress.

Team Teach training would be preferred but can be provided for the right candidate.
