The student has challenging behaviours and is motivated by sport we are looking for someone who is fast thinking and able to think up new ideas of learning and engagement through sport and activities.

Role requirements:

- You will need to have a background of sport and be confident in your ability to use your initiative and use sport as a tool to build an effective relationship with the 1:1 student and other students based at the setting.

- You must have some experience of managing challenging behaviours.

- You will be joining an extremely dedicated team of staff who have continually strived to meet the needs of the students and understanding that they will all have very varying needs and requirements; therefore, you will be expected to be committed to the role and share their drive to make an impact.
