Celsian are looking for a Teacher of Performing Arts at a school in Bradford, starting ASAP. It will be for 4 days a week, and ongoing on a long term basis. You must be fully qualified, and have the ability to progressively deepen pupils understanding in the subject. You must have strong subject knowledge and be skilled at explaining and demonstrating, whilst ensuring that pupils listen intently, ask questions and actively engage with the new subject knowledge that you provide.This is currently a challenging setting in terms of behaviour, but the highly aspirational, determined and committed leadership team at he school are looking to transform the school to become an outstanding school, in time. Things are improving, and last year, students did make good progress across a broad range of subjects, compared to previous years.
