You will have access to the Team Resourcer who will assist you in finding talented teachers and TA's to grow your desk, enabling you to focus on what is important to desk as it develops.Your ultimate aim is to provide ongoing and regular teaching and support staff to the schools in Leicestershire. As a trusted advisor to your schools and candidates, it will be your responsibility to seamlessly guide the schools and candidates through the process from vacancy to placement and beyond.
