Celsian Education is currently working in partnership with a large secondary school in Chesterfield to recruit an inspiring English Teacher to work on a full-time long-term assignment finishing in December with the potential for extension.
Starting immediately until the end of the academic year, you will plan and deliver lessons in Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 classes, including providing booster sessions and additional support in the run-up to exams. A passion for improving attainment and instilling a passion for a subject that will stay with them for life is essential. Positive behaviour management a must as well as the confidence to throw yourself into the school's ethos.

- Be eligible to work in the UK
- English Specialism B.Ed., PGCE, CertEd, Learners First, SCITT, Teach First and hold QTS status
- Excellent understanding of the secondary curriculum
- Possess some relevant experience working with SEND within a mainstream setting
