Learning Support Assistant l TraffordA secondary special school in Trafford is seeking a Learning Support Assistant on a long term, full time basisfrom September.The school caters for learners aged 11-19 with complex learning needs and difficulties including Autism. All pupils are assessed according to their individual Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP), enabling staff to plan work that is personalised and targeted to best meet pupils needs. All plans are reviewed regularly and updated to monitor progress.We are seeking a Learning Support Assistant who is passionate about creating meaningful learning opportunities for pupils with additional needs and is experienced working within a specialist environment. You will be creative, and able to motivate pupils to engage with learning activities - including sensory and play based activities.
