Early Years I Teaching Assistant I September start
Are you an experienced Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant? Do you have recent experience of providing nurture support to the new intake of children in a nursery or reception class in a primary school? Are you looking for work in a primary school in Oldham in September?
Celsian Education are currently work alongside a primary school in the Oldham area who are looking to recruit a qualified teaching assistant who is experienced working in the foundation stage. The role will start in September and will continue until Christmas.
To be considered for this role you will need to be able to support children in the nursery and reception classes, to try to help them to grow and develop the key skills that are essential when staring their journey in education. From writing, dexterity, basic life skills, communication skills and language development, you will be required to work on children's personal development plans (PDP's) with the assistance of the class teacher to bring each of these children up to speed.
To be considered for this, you will be required to:
Be qualified to at least Level 3 in Education / Childcare Have recent experience working in a Primary school, preferably in an early years setting Have strong positive behaviour management Have the ability to work positively and effectively
Act upon all issues relating to the well-being and safeguarding of each individual child in your care
Be approachable, inspiring and enthusiastic
