Celsian Education is working in partnership with a primary school in Oldham, who are looking to recruit a dedicated Year 2 Teacher to join their team in September, for a 0.8 role. It is definitely until Christmas and potentially until the end of the academic year.
Unfortunately this role is not open to NQTs
The successful candidate will be required to plan and deliver inspiring lessons, ensuring attainment in literacy and numeracy is raised working alongside the other year 2 teachers. There will be a permanent Teaching Assistant in class that will give you all the resources and support you need in order to do this.
To be considered for this role you will need to:
- Hold a relevant teaching qualification with QTS Status
- have recent experience working in a year 2 class
- Have a strong, dynamic and creative approach to lesson delivery, especially in Literacy & Numeracy
- Be committed to developing the abilities of all children in the class
