Celsian Education are supporting a large Primary school on the outskirts of Stockport who are looking for a teaching assistant who has recent experience supporting 121 with ASD children in key stage 2 to work in their school from September on a temporary basis.

The role is to start in September and will be full time. It will involve working with a Year 5 pupil. The school are looking for someone who can commit to 5 days per week and it is likely to continue until at least Christmas.

This position is specifically for a candidate that has experience dealing with pupils with autism and who display behavioural difficulties.

To be successful in the role you will need to have:

  • Experience working with ASD children
  • Recently worked with KS2 children
  • worked as 121 teaching assistant
