At Celsian Education we are currently working with a SEND School in Leeds who require an additional Behaviour Support Worker to join their team, as soon as possible. You will be joining a team of dedicated practitioners who strive to ensure that their classroom is a safe, calm and inclusive space. Therefore, the school are seeking someone who will share in that commitment and provide the students with consistency.

You must have some previous experience managing challenging behaviours and working with students with special educational needs such as Autism and SEMH. This experience does not necessarily have to be in a school setting, we will also welcome applications from people who have a background in support work and care.

Team Teach training (completed within the last 2 years) would be beneficial but can be provided.

The school caters for students with a variety of SEN and is located in South Leeds.

Pay will be experience dependent but will vary between £70 and £80 per day.

You will be required to either hold or be willing to process an enhanced DBS that is on the online update service.
