Celsian Education Birmingham are looking for an Education Consultant to join our highly successful team.
You will be managing and developing an established primary supply desk. You will build strong and trustworthy relationships with school leaders and decision-makers across existing and potential client schools in Birmingham.
This is a 360 role and will involve candidate generation, interview, and compliance process alongside business development and client sales.
We have a successful team resourcer who will help you find talented teachers and TA's to grow your desk and oversee your compliance, enabling you to focus on what is vital to your desk as it develops.
Your ultimate aim is to provide ongoing and regular teaching and support staff to the schools. As a trusted advisor to your schools and candidates, it will be your responsibility to seamlessly guide the schools and candidates through the process from vacancy to placement and beyond.
The ideal candidate will be confident, outgoing, and have experience of working in the Education Sector, preferably with a proven track record, or from a strong customer service/sales environment.
