Celsian Education are looking for an experienced teaching assistant to work in a large Primary school in Manchester. The role is to start as soon as possible and you will be working on a 121 basis with a pupil in Year 3.
The school are looking for someone to work 5 days per week and is likely to be full time until the end of this academic year.
This position is specifically for a candidate that has experience dealing with pupils with autism and that can display behavioural difficulties.
To be successful in the role, you are required to -· Have experience working with children with ASD· Have recent experience working with KS2 children· Have experience working on a 121 basis or small groups· Be able to commit to a long-term role· Be emotionally and physically resilient· Have a calm and positive attitude· Have good numeracy, literacy and communication skills· Be able to build strong relationships with both students and staff
