Are you a qualified primary teacher? Are you looking for part-time work after Christmas? Do you have experience teaching in lower key stage 2?

Celsian Education are currently recruiting for a part-time key stage 2 teacher to join their team after Christmas until the end of the academic year.

All short-listed candidates who work with Celsian must have an Enhanced level DBS that is on the update service or be willing to obtain a new one.

You will also need to provide us with sufficient references (at least 2) covering the last 2 years, one of which must be from your most recent education employer. If you are an NQT you will need to provide references from your University and your final teaching placement.

The qualities we look for in our Teachers include:

  • Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT) or have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a PGCE, GTP or Bachelor of Education.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to work
  • Recent experience teaching KS2 classes
  • Willingness to promote learning
  • Positive outlook Innovative and resourceful teaching methods
  • Reliability
  • Able to deal with challenging behaviour at times.
