Behaviour Management Teacher - Bromsgrove

Celsian Education are currently recruiting for an outstanding special school, based near Bromsgrove who are on the search for an experienced teacher with strong behaviour management skills to join their team on a long-term basis.

You will be required to work full-time with potential of being taken on perm at the end of the academic year.

You will be working with a mixed ability class of 12 pupils who need clear structure and strong behaviour management. You will have scheduled timetabled slots to plan for your lessons and have great support from your colleagues and senior staff members.

You will need:

  • Full Teaching Qualification
  • Experience working with Autism and Challenging Behaviour
  • Have an enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the update service or willing to obtain one
