Special Needs Teaching Assistant - Bromsgrove

Celsian Education are working with a lovely special school near Bromsgrove who are on the search for a teaching assistant to join their team as soon as possible! This is a caring and extremely supportive school who ensure all of their staff feel comfortable and safe at all times. They are a very family orientated school and love to make everyone feel part of the team!

You will be working as part of a 2 - to - 1 support team for a 16 year old male pupil who has epilepsy. Knowledge and experience working with epilepsy is a great advantage but it is not required as you will be supported by the other teaching assistant throughout the day.

The other teaching assistant is very knowledgeable on the pupil and can care of medication, you will be required to support and assist with personal care.

This is a full- time role from 8:30am to 3:30pm every Monday - Friday on a long-term basis with the potential to stay on after the academic year or go perm! There are local public transport links and generous parking available on site should you need it.
