Complex Needs Teacher

Celsian Education are working with a lovely special school based in Bromsgrove who are looking for an experienced complex needs teacher to join their team on a full-time and long-term basis in January. This role is 5 days a week until the end of the academic year with potential to stay on or go permanent. You will be required to work from 8:30am to 3:30pm.
The right candidate must have experience working within special schools and understand rigours hygiene and safety procedures with the current climate. You must have experience working with challenging behaviour and have strong behaviour management strategies.
You will be working with a mixed age and ability class ranging from year 3 to year 8. The pupils within the class have complex needs and need intervention and strategies put in place to get them back on track.

The right candidate will have:
- Relevant Teaching Qualifications and QTS
- Experience working within special schools
- Experience working with Complex Needs and Challenging Behaviour
- Have a DBS on the update service or willing to obtain one!
This is a temporary position.
