Celsian Education are currently looking for Behaviour Support Workers to work in secondary schools in Leeds and Wakefield. We are recruiting in preparation for January 2021. The work will involve working with Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students who have challenging behaviour and sometimes find it difficult to engage in the classroom. Its important that you have a passion for working with student that can be challenging and can display calmness in the face of it.If you have experience with working with disengaged students and can deal with the challenges that this brings on day to day basis, I would be interested in talking with you.
