Are you a confident, strong Behaviour Support Worker looking for new and rewarding challenge after lockdown?Do you have experience working with challenging behaviours and SEND?If so, we may have the right opportunity for you'At Celsian Education we are looking for a strong BSW to work with small groups of students with SEMH . The role is within a Primary School in Leeds and is full time, beginning as a temporary post with the opportunity of becoming a permanent role for the right candidate.Experience of working with challenging behaviours is essential, whether this is in a school or alternative setting.The ideal candidate would be patient, able to manage behaviours and build trusting relationships, therefore become a role model for vulnerable students who require stability.Specifics:- This is a full-time role- The school caters for students with Special Educational Needs and is situated in a location easily accessible by car or public transport- Team Teach training is essential but the training can be provided- You will be working with a small group of students on a 1:1 or 2:1 basis who need additional support- All candidates are subject to an enhanced DBS check.If you are interested in this role, please apply now.Alternatively if you know if anyone who you think would be suitable, we run a recommend a friend scheme where if you recommend someone and they work for 10 days you would be eligible for an Amazon Voucher.
