SEN Teacher

Celsian Education are looking for an experienced special needs teacher to work in a special school based in Birmingham.

You will be working within a school that caters for pupils between the age of 2-11 years with a range of needs including ADHD, Autism, SLD and MLD.

Your Tasks:

  • Supporting pupils with specific learning difficulties
  • Looking after a class size of 7 pupils
  • Feeding back to parents / careers to keep them updated on their child's progress within the class
  • Planning and delivering lessons to meet all of the pupils needs within the group

What you need:

  • You will have a UK QTS or equivalent
  • In-depth understanding of assessment for learning
  • A caring individual that has the flexibility to adapt your teaching style to meet pupils needs
  • A valid DBS or willing to obtain one
