An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a vibrant and aspirational school based in Small Heath. Celsian Education are looking for a qualified and experienced Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator (SENCO) to work full time from March 2021.

The school are looking for individuals have:

  • SENCo qualification
  • Experience as a SENCo in a mainstream school
  • Be able to build and maintain a professional relationship with both staff and pupils
  • Stay up to date with changes and developments in the structure of the curriculum
  • An honest, understanding, and compassionate attitude towards children
  • Behaviour management skills
  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • Hold a current enhanced DBS that is on the update service (or be happy to obtain a new through Celsian).
