Behaviour Support Worker - Leeds - Full Time

At Celsian Education we are currently looking for a strong behaviour support worker to work within a special school in North Leeds. You must have previous experience working with students with autism and other additional learning needs and be confident in your ability to diffuse situations effectively and in a calm manner.
Positive behaviour management training such as Team Teach would be beneficial but can be provided.
You will be working with students aged 12 years and above with ASD, the ideal candidate would have experience supporting children and young people with SEND previously whether in an educational or residential setting.
The school is located in the North of Leeds, they have excellent resources for the students, and you will be joining a team of dedicated and passionate practitioners. The school is easily accessible by public transport and has parking on site.
This is a full time role, to begin as soon as possible and be ongoing until at least the end of this academic year with the view of going onto a permanent contract with the school.
