Celsian Education have an exciting new role within a large Secondary School based in Central Birmingham who are looking to recruit a HR Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced school HR Manager or officer seeking a new challenge.

We require an experienced school HR Manager to provide an efficient, effective, and professional HR Support Service. The role is to start immediately on a full-time basis until the end of the academic year with the potential of being extended into September 2021 on a permanent basis.

You will be joining a friendly and dedicated staff team of senior leaders and governors who work collaboratively in a positive and thriving environment. This is a great opportunity to apply your skills and manage the smooth running of the HR functions. You will be required to work under the direction of the Business Manager and be responsible for all HR services including managing staff attendance and recruitment, HR policies and procedures, performance management, staff inductions and day-to-day HR administrative duties.

The role is to start immediately so you would need to be able to start as soon as possible. I would be keen to hear from you if you have recent experience of working in a school as a HR Manager and have used SIMs database in schools previously as you would need to be able to hit the ground running.
