It is important that we find a candidate with a proven track record in teaching this subject, who can inspire both students and colleagues. Ideally you will be fully up to date with curriculum developments within the subject and feel very strongly about making a difference to students in what will be an important term for them. The school is a very happy environment to work in - both staff and students agree. Their most recent OFSTED grading is an improvement on the previous one, and they are hoping to stay on this positive trajectory, with your help.
