SEND Teaching Assistant l Cheshire East
Celsian Education are working with a developing alternative education provider in the Cheshire East area in order to recruit dynamic Teaching Assistants due to an increase in pupil referrals. This unique role is to start as soon as possible and if successful could lead to a permanent contract.

This growing specialist provision offers a bespoke education service with a holistic approach and caters for pupils who are unable to access mainstream education. Students have a variety of needs including Social Emotional & Mental Health difficulties (SEMH), ADHD, Attachment disorders and Looked After Children; so you will need to have excellent behaviour management with a calm but firm approach. They are looking for creative and flexible TAs with a positive attitude to work with young people across a range of activities and alternative lessons based outside of the classroom setting, with a focus on developing life skills and social skills.
This SEMH Teaching Assistant role would suit an experienced TA looking for a new challenge. You will work closely with several teachers to help create a positive and safe learning environment for all young people. A full UK drivers license and a car would be beneficial for this role.
