We are looking to source a talented, driven, and passionate secondary school SENCO to lead a thriving Inclusion Department in Wakefield. This is for a 3 day a week post starting in September 2021, until around Easter 2022. Ideally you would be available for a few hand over days in July as well.
The Inclusion department is one which is well regarded within the school and within the Local Authority as well.
You will need to be a qualified SENCO with recent relevant experience working as a SENCO in a secondary environment. Having said that, if you are an experienced SENCO from a Primary or Specialist School background, I would still be keen to hear from you. Ideally you will be a great leader and have a firm commitment to working as part of a team, and possess exceptional interpersonal skills which you will use to your advantage to help lead and support the current team in school.
